The team consist of high quality professionals (engineers, chemists,
high school technicians), who spent most of their professional life
in world-wide leaders companies in the production of synthetic rubbers,
plastic materials and relevant monomers. In particular most
of our specialists have been important representatives
of Giulio Natta's school in Ferrara.

Our experienced specialists support young recruits (aged between
25 and 33) in order to grow up highly versatile professional figures.
These young graduates received top level University marks
and exhibit a very high degree of technical understanding combined
with a strong commitment to learn.
